Physical appearance: Black hair, always slicked back, reminiscent of Count Dracula. He thinks it makes him look sophisticated, but it really makes him look like a giant greaseball. He has dark brown eyes and no facial hair, because facial hair is for peasants. He normally wears fancy, high-end clothes, and has his own personal collection of suits, tuxedos... and Ralph Lauren polos. He also likes to wear authentic Italian shoes.

Power: Maximillion can create and manipulate electricity. However, he doesn't really know how to use his new-found power, and it is limited. However, NEVER piss him off during a thunderstorm.

Special Traits: Maximillion is one of the best "people persons" you will ever meet, on account of him constantly attending A-list parties. He is also a terrific leader. The morale of his group won't be very high, but he will accomplish the task without fail. He is very determined to be the best, at everything, which makes him very dedicated. He has never quit at anything. He is extremely intelligent and cunning due to his years of working in business and because of his love for puzzles and strategy games. He is also in great physical shape, due to years of playing tennis and lacrosse.

Flaws: Maximillion has a violent temper, and is constantly angry because his vast fortune has no power in this new world. Seriously, Scrooge McDuck would shit his paints if he saw it. You know that pile of gold he has? Doesn't even compare. He was once quoted in an interview with Time magazine saying "Why is my name Maximillion? Because I'm worth Maximillions of dollars," and "What? Sorry, I couldn't hear you over the sound of me making money." Anyway, he also has had a history of problems with his right shoulder, the most recent being a torn deltoid that ended his sports career. He is very witty, although this wit has hurt many a feeling over the years. He is also extremely bossy, due to years of barking orders to servants.

Weapon: Maximillion doesn't use any weapons. He would always threaten his servants with a whip, saying he would, and I quote, "go all Simon Belmont on their ass," but he never actually used it. He relies mostly on his intelligence and cunning to defeat his enemies. Along with a well placed lightning bolt.

Alignment: Maximillion has always had a decent moral code; however, he will go against it if he deems it "good for business." He looks out for number one. He's not really a bad guy, he's just misunderstood.

Background: Maximillion was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. As the heir to the throne of Electron Inc., a very prominent electric company, he grew up in the lap of luxury. His mother and father, both very prominent electricians, always gave him whatever he desired. Even with this vast fortune, he still wanted to go to college (because he could actually afford it) and become a doctor. However, halfway through his studies, tragedy struck. Both of his parents were murdered when a drunk driver crashed into their vehicle. Since then, Maximillion has never had an alcoholic drink. The accident left the company in the hands of a man named Otis Schevetsky, who seemed like a very capable man. However, it was discovered that he was using company money to support a hidden gambling addiction. He was then fired by the board of directors. Even though he still wanted to be a doctor, he took control of Electron Inc. so that the company would never have to worry about that again. He adapted to that life very quickly, and attended A-list parties with people such as Angelina Jolie, Johnny Depp, and even president Barack Obama. He also donated to various organizations, especially those against drunk driving. One day he was paying a visit to one of the main Electron Inc. power plants when a freak accident caused a generator to explode. Maximillion was blasted off his feet and struck his head on a concrete floor, putting him a coma. When he woke up, he found that his body was somehow charged with electricity. He doesn't know much about these powers yet. He only knows that they reach their full potential during thunderstorms. As for how he ended up in this strange new world, he is not entirely sure. He was getting ready for a black-tie fundraiser put on by one of his many charities, and his car battery died on the way there. Since he didn't have any jumper cables with him, he decided to try and use his powers to jump-start it himself. However, his self made electricity caused a nasty chemical reaction with the liquids in the car, and his engine exploded. This is the last thing he remembers, so he assumes that somehow it caused him to transport there.

SO if he is a such a "people's person" why is he not liked as a person himself?

An excellent question. What I meant by that is he is not liked very well by his underlings. He gets along well at parties because he considers the people he attends parties with his equals. However, If he views a person as "beneath him," he is a totally different person.
